A tua canção personalizada é entregue por email. Não existe envio físico nem portes de envio.
A estimativa habitual é cerca de uma hora após confirmação do pagamento e receção do briefing completo. Se precisarmos de esclarecer algum detalhe ou existir um atraso, usamos o email da encomenda para te contactar.
Confirma que o email indicado no checkout está correto e verifica a pasta de spam. Se não receberes a canção ou não conseguires abrir o ficheiro, envia o número da encomenda para info@createyoursong.co. As revisões estão incluídas; consulta também a política de reembolso.
Esta política refere-se às canções digitais. As encomendas de outros produtos mantêm as condições de entrega aplicáveis à respetiva compra.
Digital song delivery
Your personalized song is delivered by email. There is no physical shipment or shipping charge.
Delivery is normally estimated at about one hour after confirmed payment and receipt of your complete brief. If we need clarification or there is a delay, we contact you using your order email.
Check the email address you enter at checkout and your spam folder. If your song does not arrive or the file will not open, email info@createyoursong.co with your order number. Revisions are included; also see our refund policy.
This policy covers digital songs. Other product orders retain the delivery terms applicable to their purchase.
